Here at Boney Law Firm, we understand that not everyone needs or can afford full-scale legal representation. That's why we offer Unbundled Legal Services to give you that flexibility and freedom to choose the level of support you need.

We will help you with all your legal needs up to the point of becoming your attorney on record. You will be your own lawyer–yet you will have me in your corner to help you.

Pricing

We offer this service on either a flat fee or hourly basis, with a lower retainer than typically required. Here are some examples of our pricing:

  • Wills and Simple Estate Planning: $500

  • Draft of Initial Petition: $500

  • Review of Court File and Strategy Session: $1,000

  • Review of Financial Disclosures: $700

  • Preparation for Hearing: TBD

  • Preparation for Mediation: TBD

The Process

We offer this service on either a flat fee or hourly basis, with a lower retainer than typically required. Here are some examples of our pricing:

  • If you're interested in obtaining our unbundled services, I'll create a specific contract for you, outlining the limited services that will be provided.

  • It's important to remember that if you request unbundled services, I'll be working as a consultant for you, meaning you'll receive help on a limited basis and be ultimately responsible for decisions made in your case and the overall process.
